Spring Service includes:

  • Remove debris and leaves from the pool cover
  • Pump rain water off the top of the pool cover
  • Remove Winter cover
  • Fold cover and water bags or thread down deck anchors
  • Brush walls and pool floor
  • Skim water surface
  • Return service visit to vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor
  • Test and adjust pool water chemistry
  • All start-up chemicals are included
  • Clean all system baskets and strainers
  • Reassemble and start main filter system
  • Reassemble and start attached spa
  • Reassemble and start attached pool heater

Summer Service includes:

  • Test and adjust the pool's chemical levels
  • Vacuum the pool floor
  • Brush pool walls when necessary
  • Clean skimmer baskets
  • Clean pump baskets
  • Backwash and service pool filter when necessary
  • Clean automatic pool cleaner
  • Summer service will be performed once a week, weather permitting
  • Troubleshoot any filter system problems that may arise

Fall Service includes:

  • Test and adjust the pool's chemical levels 1 week before closing
  • Lower water level to appropriate level
  • Winterize all underground filter system pipes with compressed air and then capping the pipes with rubber plugs
  • All rubber Winter plugs are included
  • Winterize main pump
  • Winterize all booster pumps
  • Winterize any attached waterfalls
  • Winterize attached heater
  • Winterize attached spa
  • Remove all ladders and hand rails
  • All Winter chemicals and algaecide are included
  • Cover pool for the Winter
  • Disassemble and clean DE and cartridge filters
  • Sand filters will be thoroughly backwashed.

Winter Service includes:

  • Pump standing water off the top of the cover for pools with solid covers
  • Lower water level in pools with mesh covers
  • Remove leaves and other debris from the top of the cover
  • Test and adjust pool chemistry
  • All Winterization chemicals are included
  • Add additional algaecide to the pool in March
  • Winter service will be performed once a month, weather permitting
  • Pool water must be thawed to perform the service
